Firearm Safety Certified
Firearm safety is the law in CA. Every firearm owner should understand and follow firearm safety practices, have a basic familiarity with operating and handling their firearm, and be fully aware of the responsibility of firearm ownership.
Pursuant to Penal Code section 26840, any person who acquires a firearm must have a Firearm Safety Certificate, unless exempt from the FSC requirement. To obtain an FSC, a person must pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) written test on firearm safety. The test is administered by DOJ Certified Instructors. -State of California Department of Justice

CA Ammo Vendor License
In California, you need a special California Ammunition Vendor License. This is because once you get a California FFL and want to sell ammo, you are required by law to perform a background check for every ammo purchase. Just one of the many ways we stay within regulations and keep our business running as legitimately as possible.

Last but not least, we are licensed to operate as a firearm retail business in the City of Clovis. We meet all local certifications, requirements, and regulations around firearm sales, transfers, and maintenance.
